Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without a signature. If you prefer delivery via UPS Extra with a required signature, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever method you choose, you will have a link to track your package online.

The cost of delivery includes the cost of handling and packaging as well as postage. The cost of processing is fixed, while the cost of shipping may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot group distinct orders placed separately, so shipping fees will apply to each of them. Shipping risks are your responsibility, but we take special measures to protect fragile items.

The boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected.

What to check before dispatch

Before completing your order, confirm the delivery address, contact details and estimated lead time for the selected design. Made-to-order or customized jewelry may require more preparation time than items available immediately. When the parcel arrives, check the packaging and keep your order documents.
